GETTING STARTED

Hi! My name is Abby (or "A-Bee", get it?!). I founded The Yogi Buzz with a mission to give others a peek at what goes on in my mind. With all the stress, distractions and pressures of daily life, I realized the true importance of having an outlet and finding things you are truly passionate about. Of course, as a disclaimer, I am not a health, yoga or life expert at all but I hope we can take a moment to slow down and share some stories, lessons, thoughts, knowledge and, most importantly, laughs on this journey.

As stated in the definition of "buzz", yoga, and the lifestyle it provides, gives me the feeling of intense enthusiasm, excitement and exhilaration. The "buzz" from yoga can even be the start to a conversation, rumor or report that builds within the mind and community from the philosophies and principles around us. Plus, let's be honest, the lives we lead from the moment we step off and on the mat, leave us as busy as a bee.

The Yogi Buzz brand is a hub for all of my thoughts and projects to finally be on one platform with ease of access for everyone to enjoy. I am also a Brand Ambassador for many amazing companies (including Aloette, Pura Vida Bracelets, Sand Cloud Towels and many more) that I really believe in, from their products to their mission and values, so I want to share them with you!
